Q: What file format work the best?
Artwork - vector based art is preferred for graphics, logos or text. - (More Info)
Raster based artwork should be a minimum of 300 dpi (dots per inch) - (More Info)
Digital Photos – minimum resolution of 2048 x 1536 is required which is available on any digital
camera with a MegaPixel rating of 3 or higher (please refer to your camera’s user manual).
If you are ordering a 48” to 84’ long wall graphic you will get better results with 2560 x 1920
to 3263 x 2448 pixel dimension.
Q. What can I expect from my digital print?
The final product is only as good as the image used to create it. The higher the resolution the sharper and
larger the image can be. The lighting is important, make sure your lighting is crisp not dark and your
image is clear not blurry or fuzzy.
Please keep in mind that there may be a slight color shift printing on different surfaces. The computer
screen and printer resolutions are different media, the computer monitor backlights the image on
your screen where as printing on different materials and finishes will vary the appearance of the
final product.
Q. What artwork services do you provide?
A. Big Shotz’s will remove the background of your photo and will also do basic customized text
or graphic formatting such as photo cropping at NO CHARGE. If you have more elaborate or detailed
design needs we can handle that as well and will quote you artwork charges after review of your
requirements.
Please provide detailed instructions on how you want your big Shotz especially if customized work
is being done, the more information the better.

add a reverse red bar with block white text that reads “MIKE CAL U 06” all capital letters
on the bottom of the photo extending across the width of the photo.

Your Big Shotz will be shipped to you in 5-15 days depending on quantity, material chosen and
complexity of order. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email containing the
UPS tracking number.
